Gut health is one of my passions.

I have suffered from poor digestion and the inevitable consequences of that my whole life. A healthy gut is a supported digestive system with a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria.

Did you know that in our gut we have trillions of microbes collectively known as the “microbiota”?

The scientific study of this Microbiota, is thought to be the most exciting and potentially transformative field in the entire realm of human health and wellness. The Microbiota interacts with our bodies in a number of powerful ways. Justin and Erica Sonnenburg, 2 Leading edge scientists in this field and authors of the book “The Good Gut” argue that it in no small part it determines weather we are sick or healthy, fit or obese, sunny or moody.

The Microbiota has always been with us and has in fact coevolved with humans entwining its functions with ours very deeply over time. In more recent times, because of harmful changes in our diet, antibiotic over use, over sterilisation of our living environments, over use of over the counter medication, extreme stress and increasing cesarean rates, our gut microbiota is facing a “mass extinction event” the consequences of which are dire.

This disruption in our gut is causing our bodies to go haywire and may be behind the mysterious spike in some of our most troubling modern afflictions.

Including everything from allergies through to autism, cancer, autoimmune disease, IBS, falling fertility rates, depression and so much more.

However it doesn’t have to be this way, by nourishing our microbiota, correcting other imbalances within the body and making certain dietary and lifestyle changes we can heal and seal our gut and thereby improve our own health. The answer is unique to each of us, and it changes as we age. On a physical level caring for our gut microbes may be the single most important thing we can do for our health.

I have completely reset my gut to start over and help it in its healing process .

How did I do that??

The help on INNER HEALTH CLINIC in newbridge .

I done a cycle of colonic irrigation with the amazing Trisha Walsh .

Who has 15years experience as a health Practitioner behind her.

Sooooo What is it ?

It is a safe and effective method of cleansing the colon by repeated gentle flushing with warm filtered water under very low pressure through the intestines it encourages the restoration of the colon’s natural function by strengthening peristalsis.

I left the session each time feeling more awake my skin and eyes were brighter . I had a clearer mind and overhall felt great !!

It’s not painful , there’s no smells and trust me You’ll be glad for getting your sh*t sorted . LOL

. The average healthy person has 7 to 25 pounds of fecal matter in their colon at any one time "
