Doesn’t matter where you are in your life you will at some stage be carrying baggage with you. You may be aware of this as currently you feel anxious, upset, angry at some of the topics below or you may not even notice what is wearing you down slowly as the behaviours and actions fill the bags up over time.⁣ It is normal to be carrying baggage around but it is so important to work through them and release the negative feelings before it drags you down mentally and physically. It can be challenging re visiting areas that are uncomfortable but the biggest growth personally comes from facing and working through these areas.⁣ The types of baggage dragging you down can be:⁣ 🎒Your past⁣ 👜 Negativity ⁣ 🧳 Guilt⁣ 👝Justifying ⁣ 💼 Expectations⁣ 👛 Others mistakes ⁣ 🎒Your past 🎒⁣ There’s value in remembering what’s happened in your past so that you can learn from it, but holding onto the past doesn’t serve you now. The past is over, What’s done is done, as hard as that may sound you cannot go back in time and change it. Recognise and acknowledge the past, the learnings you took from it and the feelings you had. Know it’s ok to let go of this and lighten your emotional load.⁣ 👜Negativity👜⁣ What is your attitude like? Are you always negative about yourself or about others? Do you use negative language all the time? Do you allow people in your life who are negative and drag you down? Try changing your language use positive words, Try seeing the positive in yourself and others. Remove as much negativity as you can from your life. Carrying negativity is tiring and resembles carrying bricks with you all day.
